My strategy is to ask questions, listen, and ask clarifying and exploratory questions. After listening and diagraming dynmaics, I offer a menu of approaches for dialogue that bring the stakeholders to the same book, chapter, and page. Once agreed, I deploy specific, accessible, and actionable resources that assist individuals and organizations in establishing then meeting sound objectives.
Productive and psychologically safe relationships are formed. I respectfully engage individuals and groups using the client-appropriate models of emotional intelligence, positive psychology and professional development that instill trust and build productive and prosperous relationships.
Together with the client, we collaboratively identify, address, and renovate any underlying dynamics that hinder or sabotage performance and the intended people culture and business performance of your organization.
